Return form
In order to guarantee smooth processing, please fill out the return form and include it in your shipment.

Please do not send us a package carriage forward, but contact us prior to the return shipment.

Important legal information: Both the filling in the return form as well as contacting us prior to return shipment are no mandatory requirements for the effective exercise of your right of return. You can also return the goods carriage forward and / or without giving reasons.

In case of an already performed payment, please also state your bank information so that we can transfer the shipping costs and the amount of the credit.
